Position

Fire Branded brings clarity where there's confusion, and conviction where there's hesitation.

The modern Catholic conversation is crowded, but thin. There is no shortage of voices, but there's a shortage of precision, courage, boldness, impact and formation. Too often, truth is softened, avoided, or buried under commentary that never quite says what it means.

Firebranded.fm (and the Fire Branded podcast) isn't a platform for vague takes or safe commentary. It’s built for impact—direct engagement where truth is stated plainly, and error is addressed without hesitation.

Clarity isn’t harsh.
Clarity is charity.

The Call

  • Preach boldly
  • Confront error with Truth
  • Rekindle faith through clarity, charity and witness
  • Reform the church through holiness and knowledge of the Truth

The Editorial

The articles here are not "a blog", filler or fluff. The editorial is unfiltered, focused commentary, without outrage journalism, controversy, or the rhetorical gymnastics popular with most other independent publications.

Fire Branded and The Forge

The Forge is 'Catholic Commentary at the Point of Impact!". Fire Branded is the flagship podcast at The Forge—a distinct expression of the same voice.

The Forge focuses on commentary, and also hosts the Fire Branded podcast. Firebranded.fm focuses on the podcast, and related content and also hosts unique commentary articles, and mirrors some of the content published to The Forge.

The two site are distinct expressions of the same voice, suited to overlapping, but unique audiences and readers.

Subscribing to one site does not subscribe you to the other! If you enjoy both sites, I suggest you subscribe to both of them so that you don't miss a thing.
